100% legit and reliable. I run a small online boutique and usually buy overstock and shelf-pull clothing pallets. The apparel pallet I got from them was packed with great name brands, and almost everything still had the original retail tags attached. Very minimal damage or stained pieces compared to other liquidators I've used in the past. Customer service is quick to reply to emails, too. Will definitely be a long-term customer.
